After-School Programs

Program Overview

The after-school program is a no cost, joy-based extracurricular experience for students throughout the school year. Over 200 students have participated in programs thus far. The program targets students from the Normandy School’s collaborative district and residents of the 24:1 footprint.

Through our programming, we encourage students to engage in new experiences and pursue their passions.

The classes are led by our team of phenomenal program providers, each bringing years of experience and expertise to their curriculum.

New & Returning Students

Registration does not guarantee program enrollment.

If programs reach capacity, interested students will be placed on a waitlist.

Daily Schedule

High School Students

  • Arrival: 2:30 PM

  • Dismissal: 5:00 PM

Middle School Students

  • Arrival: 3:30 PM

  • Programs Begin: 4:00 PM

  • Dismissal: 6:00 PM

Elementary School Students

  • Arrival: 4:30 PM

  • Programs Begin: 5:00 PM

  • Dismissal: Monday-Thursday 7:00 PM | Friday 6:00 PM

The Legacy Center enrolls students on a first-come, first-served basis. Eligible students are:

  • Residents of the 24:1 footprint OR students in Normandy Schools Collaborative

  • Currently enrolled in 3rd - 12th grade

  • Willing to commit to the full 7-week session

Elementary and middle school students who attend the Normandy Schools Collaborative are eligible to receive transportation to The Legacy Center if they are already assigned a school bus route. We do not provide transportation home. Parents must pick their child(ren) up at the conclusion of their programs,

There are a wide variety of programs available for students to participate in. Upon admission, students will be enrolled into classes and receive a personalized schedule that includes 4 programs for the 7-week session.
